Using Soodeg
Soodeg is a marketplace that connects people looking for property with agents, sellers and developers. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when you create an account.
Listings
If you post a listing, you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to advertise the property. Listings that are fraudulent, misleading or that you do not have authority to post may be removed.
Verification
A verified badge indicates that documents were reviewed at a point in time. It is a signal of trust, not a guarantee. Always carry out your own due diligence before transacting.
Payments
Certain features — such as viewing fees, developer verification and badges — are paid via M-Pesa. Prices are shown before you pay and are set on our servers. Fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been delivered.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting unlawful content, impersonating others, scraping data, or attempting to circumvent verification or payment.
Liability
Soodeg facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any transaction between them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from dealings between users.
