Soodeg is a property marketplace for Kenya and the wider East African region. We connect buyers and renters with agents, sellers and developers — and we put verification at the centre of every listing, so people can transact with confidence.

Too much of the market runs on word of mouth and unverifiable paperwork. We think finding a home, a plot or an investment should be transparent: you should be able to see whose listing it is, whether it’s been verified, and what happens at each step of a viewing.

The platform spans web, Android and iOS, with M-Pesa payments and a structured viewing process built in from the start.
